Delivery story 211 Peanut butter writes: I've delivered for 5 years off and on. Pizza Hut and other smaller local chains. I worked at one local chain where we specialized in ghetto deliveries as we delivered to all the public housing in the area that had been blacklisted by the big three (Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns.) We also stayed open late 'til 2 AM weekdays and 3 AM weekends. Great strategy for driver safety, right? I went up to an apartment building, just one of countless deliveries in the hood. When I came back to the Geo Metro I noticed my front passenger seat was cocked forward slightly. I thought the latch had failed or whatever. I opened the driver door and halfway sit down when I notice a big coat on the backseat. I didn't have a coat like that and then I noticed movement. Someone had jumped in while I wasn't looking and was behind me in the car. I jumped out and the guy chased me around the car. I pulled out my phone and dialed 911 and then he ran off yelling that he was a nice guy and just wanted to talk!
