Simple mistakes 14. Paying with crumpled cash. Sometimes the bills are folded excessively or crumpled together. The customer expects the driver to blindly accept it. We're required to count the money before leaving. This involves flattening and sorting each bill. Please don't be upset if that takes time. Don't hand the driver a crumpled wad of cash.
