5. The check doesn't have your phone
number and (DL# or SS#) on it.
All pizza stores require a telephone number
and either a driver's license number or a Social Security number somewhere
on the check, preferably in the upper left corner above your name.
Some stores require two phone numbers and a DL# or SS#.
It really slows things down to repeatedly
ask customers for it. If your checks don't have these numbers, please write
it before the driver gets there.
